Risks

Risk management is embedded within Way, enabling you to document and assess risks related to your processes. To add a risk, go to the Risks section and click New Risk. Define the risk by specifying its likelihood (1-10) and impact (1-10), and Way will automatically calculate the risk score.

You can link risks directly to process steps, ensuring visibility where they are most relevant. To simplify risk management, you can import precompiled risk sets for common regulatory frameworks like GDPR and NIS2. If you need a custom risk set, Way offers a service to generate one from your documentation using AI.
